On or about March 5, the Combatting Terrorism Technology Support Office (CTTSO) will issue a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), publishing inter-agency requirements for combating terrorism and seeking proposals to address these requirements.

CTTSO is seeking technologies in the following areas:
·       Blast Effects and Mitigation
·       Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Countermeasures
·       Explosive Detection
·       Improvised Device Defeat
·       Infrastructure Protection
·       Investigative Support and Forensics
·       Physical Security
·       Surveillance, Collection and Operations Support
·       Tactical Operations Support
·       Training Technology

Within CTTSO, the Technical Support Working Group (TSWG) will be responsible for this BAA.

CTTSO is encouraging businesses of all sizes and types, educational institutions, government agencies, and nontraditional submitters to review the solicitation packages and submit proposals. The BAA will be posted on or about March 5 at www.bids.tswg.gov.
